These Terms & Conditions govern your use of streesakhi.in and the purchase of products sold by Balaji Agro Foods under the Stree Sakhi brand. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Stree Sakhi is a brand owned and operated by Balaji Agro Foods, a Micro Enterprise registered with the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

2. Products & nature
Our products are 100% natural superfoods. They are food articles registered under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and are not medicines. They are traditionally used to support wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing or on medication.
3. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- An order is confirmed only after payment or COD verification.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, debit / credit cards, and net banking through trusted payment partners. Card and UPI details are never stored on our servers.
5. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days and delivered across India within 3–7 business days depending on location. Tracking details are shared over email / WhatsApp.
6. Returns & refunds
Because our products are consumable food items, returns are accepted only for damaged, tampered, or incorrect shipments. Please write to Balajiagrofoods5@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, the Stree Sakhi name and logo — is the property of Balaji Agro Foods and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balaji Agro Foods shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
